The build and design services provide design and engineering services with preliminary planning and design build construction for various projects nature (Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure networks).

We provides in house single point coordination of all MEP systems. As early as the bid process we evaluate the project, looking for conflicts and value potentials.

Upon award of a contract the MEP Team immediately begins to prepare coordination drawings to facilitate adequate construction, installation, commissioning and finally sound handover.
